Tote-ally Unboxed LLC ("we," "us," "our") rents reusable moving totes in the Plainfield, Illinois area. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book a rental, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep this simple and in plain English on purpose.
The short version: we only collect what we need to deliver and pick up your totes and to bill you correctly. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

2Payment information
We do not collect or store your card number on this website. Payments are processed through Square, which sends you a secure invoice and handles your card details directly under its own security standards and privacy policy.
As described in our Rental Agreement, Square may retain a card on file so we can charge the rental fee and, if applicable, replacement or cleaning fees for lost or damaged equipment. We can see basic transaction records (such as amount and status) but not your full card number.
3How we use your information
We use your information only to run the rental service:
- Confirm availability and schedule your rental
- Deliver and pick up your totes and dollies
- Send invoices and process payment
- Communicate with you about your booking
- Apply the terms of the Rental Agreement, including equipment fees when applicable
- Keep basic business and tax records
We will only send you marketing or promotional messages if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time by replying or contacting us.
4Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the booking work:

Our booking form saves your in-progress selections and entries on your own device (using your browser's local storage) so you don't lose your work if you leave the page — for example, to read the Rental Agreement — and come back. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us until you submit the form, and is cleared once your request is sent.
You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
6How long we keep it
We keep booking and transaction records as long as needed to provide the service and to meet business, accounting, and tax requirements. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or dispose of it securely.
7Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Request a correction to inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain by law
- Opt out of any non-essential messages from us
