This policy covers our downloadable digital products — including The Tote Rental Blueprint and The Tote Rental Complete Kit. It explains how they're delivered, when refunds are available, and how you're licensed to use them. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
The short version: these are instant digital downloads, so all sales are final. But if something goes wrong on our end — you don't receive your file, it won't open, or you were charged twice — contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
1What you're buying
You are purchasing a digital download — files delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped, and nothing will arrive in the mail.

2Delivery
- Your download is made available immediately after your payment is approved, through the checkout confirmation and/or an email from our sales platform.
- Delivery is electronic only. Please use a working email address you can access at checkout.
- If the email doesn't appear within a few minutes, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders first.
Didn't get your file? Email Toteallyunboxed@gmail.com with the email address and name used at checkout, and we'll send it to you directly. We want you to have what you paid for.
3Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly — and cannot be returned once downloaded — all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if you decide not to start a rental business, already knew some of the material, or simply don't use the guide.
We will, however, issue a refund or make it right in these situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You never received your download and we can't get it to you
- The files are corrupted or unusable and we can't provide a working replacement
- You were charged for a product you did not purchase
Requests should be sent to Toteallyunboxed@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with the name and email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Refunds are handled by our payment processor, and processing fees may not be recoverable.
4Your license to use the materials
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may:
- Read, print, and use the materials for your own business
- Adapt any included templates and website files for your own business, with your own branding
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
- Post the materials publicly or upload them to file-sharing sites
- Resell the guide or templates as your own product, or use our Tote-ally Unboxed name, logo, or branding as your own
We retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the materials. If you'd like to share it with someone, please send them to buy their own copy — it's what keeps us making these.
5No guarantee of results
Important: our materials describe our own experience starting a reusable tote rental business. They are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantee, promise, or representation that you will earn any particular income, acquire customers, or achieve any specific result. Your outcome depends on many factors we don't control — your market, effort, pricing, competition, timing, and local conditions. Any figures we share reflect our own results and should not be taken as typical or expected.
6Not professional advice
Our materials include general information about topics such as forming a business, pricing, rental agreements, and taxes. This is not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice, and we are not licensed to provide it. Requirements vary by state, county, and city. Templates we provide — including any rental agreement — are starting points that you should have reviewed by a qualified attorney before you use them.
7Third-party tools and costs
Our materials reference third-party services (for example, web hosting, form and payment tools). We are not affiliated with, and do not control, those companies. Their pricing, features, availability, and terms may change at any time, and any costs you incur with them are your own responsibility.
8Updates and availability
We may update, revise, or discontinue a digital product at any time, and prices may change. If we release an updated version, we'll make reasonable efforts to provide it to recent purchasers, but updates are not guaranteed. Please download and save your files after purchase.
9Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses, arising from your use of the materials.
